FRTOL Practical Tests and CAA Paper Theoretical Knowledge Examinations
Once a booking has been made for an FRTOL Practical test it may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the agreed date and time and a full refund will be given
UK CAA eExams
Once a booking has been made for a CAA eExams no refunds will be possible.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will be actioned with 2 (two) working days but may take up to a further 5 (five) working days depending on your bank
